DVREDF Supports the GPFO

DVREDF will provide a grant for general operating support to the Greater Philadelphia Film Office (GPFO), an economic development agency dedicated to economic development and job creation via film production in the Philadelphia area.

Since 1992, GPFO has assisted in the generation of $3 billion of economic impact in the region. This is inline with DVREDF’s mission to propel the economy of the Greater Philadelphia region forward. Funding provided by DVREDF will support the organization’s operations and activities including services to film productions, coordinating Philadelphia licensing and departmental request as well as linking film productions to local business services.

DVREDF is a non-profit community development loan fund focused on growing jobs and propelling the local economy forward. DVREDF helps foster economic growth by providing financing to eligible enterprises throughout the five-county region, particularly in communities of need.
