Bowman Kavulich, Ltd.
Lauri Kavulich is a principal of the law firm of Bowman Kavulich Ltd. Prior to Bowman Kavulich, Ltd., she was a partner at the top 100 Philadelphia law firm, Reger, Rizzo, Kavulich & Darnall, LLP. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyer and named one of the Top 50 Female Lawyers in Philadelphia. Lauri also serves on the Board of Directors for MANNA (Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance) and is a committed activist for the betterment of the Greater Philadelphia region. She has served as President and Board Chair since 2004.
Tony DiSandro is the former CEO of PSB Bancorp, a public bank holding company, and CEO of its subsidiary, First Penn Bank. Tony held this post for 29 years and worked in the banking industry for more than 40 years. He is dedicated to DVREDF’s mission of regional job creation and community development.
VFIM, Corp.
Jon Ireland is the president of VFIM Corporation in Valley Forge, Pa. He has served as a sales and marketing professional for more than 20 years and his career has spanned several industries including investment, hospitality, pharmaceutical and more. Jon is deeply connected with the Philadelphia area and has worked with other local organizations such as Project HOME and the The Philadelphia Zoo.
Fox Rothschild
Bill Martin is a partner in the Fox Rothschild Real Estate Department. Previously, he was a member of the City of Philadelphia’s Law Department and served as Acting City Solicitor. Bill worked with the City of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development as transaction counsel in connection with the construction of Citizen’s Bank Park and Lincoln Financial Field. In addition to serving DVREDF, he is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Hope Partnership for Education, a North Philadelphia private middle school and education center.
Lower Bucks Hospital
Al Mezzaroba is the president and CEO of Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, Pa. Prior to his position at the hospital, he completed a five-year tenure as President and CEO of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority and served as Chief Legal Counsel for Anna Verna, President of the City Council of Philadelphia.
Tom Muldoon is the former president of the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau (PCVB). Serving in this position for 25 years, he helped make Philadelphia a major convention and tourism destination, assisted with the launch of the region’s first-ever international consumer marketing campaign and secured diverse national events for the region. In addition to serving DVREDF, Tom is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia University and African American Museum in Philadelphia.
Roseanne Pauciello has severed on the DVREDF Board of Directors since 1995. She has worked for the Philadelphia Board of Education, the Pennsylvania State Senate and First Penn Bank. She also served as a Fairmount Park Commissioner for more than 35 years.
As Executive Director of DVREDF, John Coffman spearheads the organization’s mission to provide financing to eligible businesses and non-profits for projects dedicated to creating jobs and economic development. John has experience in government, grantmaking,and not-for-profit business. He is the former Director of External Affairs at Lower Bucks Hospital. John was the liaison between the hospital and government agencies. He was the spokesperson and represented the hospital at various committees and community events. In addition, John managed marketing and grant writing for the hospital. Prior to Lower Bucks Hospital, he worked for Senator Robert M. Tomlinson of Bucks County .
Bob Ream serves as the underwriter for DVREDF and evaluates and structures all financing agreements. He has experience lending for national nonprofit financial institutions and served as a private consultant with a specialization in community development for many years. Bob brings a superior level of expertise to the evaluation to all of DVREDF’s financing requests.
